Apply and get approved
Complete your compliance profile: government-issued ID, tax information (W-9 or W-8BEN), and banking details for ACH or cheque payout. Sign the Partner Commission Agreement. No cost to join.
Receive your commission code
Once approved, you get a unique referral and commission code. Attach it to any deal you refer — it's how your commission is tracked from introduction to payment.
Make the introduction
Refer an enterprise buyer using your commission code. RobotActions handles the quote, order, and device deployment. You stay in the loop; you don't need to close the deal.
Earn 15% of the first-year contract
Once the customer pays, your commission is calculated at 15% of their first-year contract value. Payment is released 30 days later via ACH direct deposit or cheque to your verified banking details.

What you earn

of the referred customer's first-year contract value. One-time, per deal. Renewals and subsequent years are not commissionable.
When you get paid
30 days
after the customer's payment clears. The hold protects against chargebacks and fraud reversals. Payouts via ACH direct deposit or cheque.

Independent contractor relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of RobotActions. There is no cost to join and no minimum referral requirement. You earn only when a referred deal closes and is paid.
